On July 4, the Kibera Project team in Austria came together for the annual team meeting at the beautiful VinziRast am Land in Mayerling. This yearly gathering is an important opportunity for everyone involved to reconnect, reflect on the past months, exchange ideas, and plan the next steps for the project together.

Throughout the day, the team discussed a variety of topics, including project finances, website updates, preparations for the upcoming Kenya trip, fundraising initiatives, Roxcel’s continued involvement, and upcoming events. The meeting also provided valuable time to review ongoing projects, share new ideas, and strengthen collaboration within the team.
